What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect the name, email address, and any other details you choose to provide, together with the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store the address itself.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence. Where our customer relationship management system is connected, the details are also stored there.
We do not sell information submitted through this site, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to respond to your enquiry or where required by law.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are read by a principal of the firm. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before describing a matter, say so in your enquiry and we will send one before you provide any detail.
Note that email and web forms are not secure channels. Do not send anything through this site that you would not send unencrypted.
Retention
We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to maintain the business relationship or as required by law, and delete them on request where no legal obligation requires retention.
Contact
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us using the details on the contact page.
This statement should be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated to reflect the firm's actual data practices and the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Next step
Tell us what has stopped.
A first conversation is confidential and costs nothing. If the problem is not one we are right for, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
